A First-Of-Its-Kind Audition
Back in 2011, Britain’s Got Talent opened its doors to YouTube submissions for the very first time. Taking full advantage of the opportunity, Pip Eleanor, a 20-year-old bar worker from Bromsgrove, stepped onto the stage accompanied by her 5-month-old puppy, Buddy. While Pip loved singing at weddings and local venues, she knew Buddy’s unique gift couldn’t be kept hidden.
When the Music Started, the Magic Happened
Performing an operatic piece, Pip began to sing—and to the delight of the audience and judges, Buddy immediately joined in!
-
Operatic Howls: Tilting his head back, Buddy started singing along in perfect rhythm with the dramatic music.
-
Standing Ovation: The audience erupted in laughter and applause as the pair delivered a hilarious yet surprisingly harmonious duet.
Three Huge Yeses from the Judges!
Judges Michael McIntyre, Amanda Holden, and David Hasselhoff were completely charmed by the adorable duo:
Michael McIntyre praised the performance, calling it surprising and entertaining.
Amanda Holden was left beaming at Buddy’s incredible vocal effort.
David Hasselhoff gave an enthusiastic nod to the pair.
With three unanimous “YES” votes, Pip and Buddy marched straight through to the next round!
